Adding email field
Add an email field that sends an email via your email system.
The reason for this work around is that MS CRM does not use the Exchange Server; this means that emails sent directly from MS CRM will not be shared.

MiniDM blocks emails from Email-Manager
MiniDM - download manager (an add-on from IE7Pro) and Email-Manager(tm).
Q: When trying to open an email from a journal, the MiniDM blocks the email. What can be done to resolve the problem?
A:You have to disable the application. Follow these steps:
1: In MSIE go to Tools > Internet Options > Programs
2: Click the button Manage add-ons - a new window opens
3: Wait for the view to be populated
4: Disable the IE7Pro add-ons
5: Click OK to save and close.
6: Restart your browser.
This should solve the problem.
